Discover the beauty of porcelain while immersing yourself in the rich tradition of Korean ceramics. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll focus on the technique of throwing off the hump, drawing inspiration from classic Korean pottery styles known for their graceful forms and elegant simplicity. Through wheel-throwing demonstrations and guided practice, you’ll master fundamental techniques that showcase the versatility of porcelain.

While some wheel-throwing experience is recommended, this class welcomes participants of various skill levels. By the end, you’ll gain a deeper appreciation for porcelain as a material and valuable insights into the techniques that make Korean pottery so distinctive and enduring.

Please note: Porcelain must be purchased separately and must be reclaimed by students.
