LATENESS
Please arrive on time for your class. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may not be allowed to join the session, and it will be considered a no-show (non-refundable).

FIRING & PICK-UP
• Firing fees are included in most classes unless otherwise stated.
• Only clay purchased at Studio Calmplex can be fired in our kilns.
• All work must be properly labeled before being placed for firing.
• We cannot guarantee firing results – variations in glazes and firing outcomes are natural in ceramics. Cracks, glaze defects, or kiln mishaps may occur.
• Finished pieces must be picked up within 30 days of firing. Unclaimed work will be discarded.

KIDS' CLASSES & PRIVATE SESSIONS
At this time, we do not offer regular Kids' classes. However, if you would like to arrange a private session for kids, please inquire about a private class.
On rare occasions, we offer special “Mommy and Me” workshops designed for children and parents to experience ceramics together. These workshops are announced separately—please check our website or contact us for more details.
HEALTH & SAFETY
• Studio equipment must be used properly – If you are unsure about how to operate any equipment, please ask an instructor for assistance.
• No dust buildup – Always clean up after yourself, as ceramic dust can be harmful if inhaled.
• Glaze safely – Do not mix glazes or apply them too thickly, as this may cause damage to your work and the kilns.
• No outside chemicals – Only studio-approved materials and tools may be used.
• No cell phone use near equipment – For your safety and the safety of others, please avoid distractions when using wheels, kilns, or other machinery.

NO SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the studio building.

PETS
Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals (proof of registration required).

GUESTS
Members may bring guests for short visits to explore the studio, but guests are not permitted to use the facilities or stay for extended periods.

BATHROOM USE
Please use the studio sink for cleaning clay and tools. The bathroom sink lacks a clay trap, so refrain from using it for any clay-related cleaning to prevent clogs.
